Pay Rate: $21.34/hr
Contract Length: 12 Months

Role Summary
The candidate will support the Account Transfer (ACATS) team by assisting with asset transfers between contra firms. This includes providing exceptional service to our internal clients, particularly our branch offices, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing requests.
Key Responsibilities
 

• Handle a high volume of service-related phone calls with strong customer service etiquette
• Provide knowledgeable support to branch staff and other financial institutions regarding ACATS processes
• Perform quality control of client paperwork received from branches before forwarding to financial institutions
• Manage and retain large sets of information, quickly referencing resources to resolve issues
• Work closely with internal operations departments to support asset transfer workflows
• Multitask and shift between service calls and processing tasks as needed
  Ensure timely escalation of issues with appropriate urgency

 
Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior financial services experience
• Knowledge of ACATS, mutual funds, brokerage accounts, or account transfers
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
