Job Title: Finance Operation Support
Location: 1300 Thames Street, Harbor Point Phase I, Baltimore, MD 21230
Shift: Hybrid (Mandatory 3 days onsite per week)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Contract Length: 12 Months
Extension/Conversion: Based on performance, attendance, and business need

Target Start Date: Upon completion of new hire onboarding
About the Role
The Finance Operation Support professional will join the Client Operations team, a part of ISG Product Operations at Brokerage. This group provides critical operational support for activities cleared on behalf of clients in Prime Brokerage, Listed Derivatives, and OTC Derivatives.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with the world's largest derivatives exchanges and equity markets, gaining real-time experience supporting Sales and Trading in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily trade support functions for OTC Interest Rate Swaps and Credit Default Swaps across North American and European CCPs.

Resolve client and CCP breaks and manage top-day trade exceptions.

Investigate and resolve clearing exceptions.

Escalate trade breaches to risk management and the business unit.

Develop trade flow solutions and process improvements.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Focus on risk management and control through sound processes and procedures.

Conduct root cause analysis and drive risk mitigation strategies.

Actively participate in team meetings, share ideas, and challenge the status quo.

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and support workload.

Analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose logical solutions.

Refine controls and contribute to operational risk reduction.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business units.

Develop deep product and functional knowledge relevant to assigned responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
