About the Role

We are seeking Field Service Technicians, especially those with a military background or hands-on mechanical expertise, to install, maintain, and repair humidification, dehumidification, and evaporative cooling systems at customer sites.

This is an autonomous role that involves mechanical work with some computer-based troubleshooting, and you will be the face of the company at customer locations. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Install humidification and water treatment systems per specifications.

• Perform maintenance and repairs following factory procedures.

• Manage and maintain the inventory on a company-owned service vehicle.

• Complete service reports and customer paperwork accurately and on time.

• Work in various environments: tight spaces, rooftops, ladders, scissor lifts, outdoor installations.

• Physically handle tasks: standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience (HVAC, military maintenance roles, industrial equipment, etc.).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to read schematics and trace/chase wires.

• Willingness to travel extensively (75% of the time — travel paid & points earned).

• Physically able to perform the required tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights when needed).

Nice-to-Have

• Electrical troubleshooting experience.

• Prior HVAC, mechanical systems, military maintenance, or field service background.

Pay & Benefits

💰 Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000/year
💰 Overtime: ~20 hrs/week expected (travel included) — can add ~$25K+ annually.
