💼 About the Role

RTI International is seeking Part-Time Field Interviewers to join an important community-based research initiative. You will play a key role in gathering valuable data from selected participants by visiting households in person. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable with technology, and enjoy working independently.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned areas and approach households without appointments

• Introduce the study, answer questions, and obtain informed consent

• Conduct in-person interviews and collect confidential data

• Transmit data via RTI-provided equipment on schedule

• Track and safeguard participant incentives and study equipment

• Maintain confidentiality and complete administrative tasks like:

  • Weekly team calls

  • Virtual check-ins

  • Time & Expense reporting

  • Online trainings and system updates

• Work in various weather conditions and during evening hours

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• 21+ years old by start date

• High School Diploma or GED

• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and read)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

• Willing to work evenings and in all weather conditions

• Comfortable using a tablet/laptop, accessing secure WiFi

• Available for full training and data collection period

• Able to maintain confidentiality and complete training successfully

💵 Yearly Salary Estimate

💰 $25/hour → $52,000/year
(Based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year for full-time equivalency. Actual earnings will vary depending on part-time schedule.)
