### **Position Overview**
The Field Sales Representative will connect with dispensaries and retail partners, build lasting relationships, and drive sales growth. You’ll be in the field daily, meeting clients, presenting products, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with dispensaries, distributors, and retail partners.
- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals within your territory.
- Conduct on-site visits, product presentations, and training sessions.
- Record leads, contacts, and activity in our CRM (Monday.com integrated with QuickBooks and Calendar).
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and activity goals.

### **Qualifications**
- Experience in field or outside sales within the cannabis industry (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and organized; able to manage your own territory.
- Professional demeanor and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.

### **Compensation & Benefits**
- Base salary + commission and performance bonuses.
- Mileage/gas reimbursement or company vehicle (depending on role). To be determined by the client
- Ongoing training and mentorship.
