**Position Overview:** We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Farm Laborers to support both indoor and greenhouse cannabis cultivation operations. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks that are essential to plant health, facility upkeep, and overall production. The ideal candidate is motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with daily cultivation tasks including watering, pruning, transplanting, and harvesting cannabis plants. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in both indoor grow rooms and greenhouse environments. - Support integrated pest management by monitoring plants and following proper protocols. - Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently. - Move, lift, and position pots, trays, and other cultivation materials as needed. - Participate in post-harvest activities such as trimming, drying, curing, and packaging. - Follow all facility SOPs, compliance requirements, and safety protocols. - Work collaboratively with cultivation team members to meet daily and weekly production goals. **Qualifications:** - Must be 21+ years old with valid ID. - Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation preferred but not required—training will be provided. - Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Comfortable working in varying environments, including humid indoor grow rooms and greenhouse settings. - Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn. - Must be able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. - Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for long periods. - Ability to work in warm, humid, or greenhouse conditions. **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the go-to talent marketplace for cannabis businesses, providing on-demand gig workers and full-time employees with the skills and credentials needed to succeed in this rapidly-growing industry.
