Description

Join our team at One Medical as a Family Nurse Practitioner! In this role, you will be a vital part of providing exceptional primary care to our patients of all ages. Your typical day will involve managing a diverse patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with our supportive clinical teams. You will utilize your clinical training to perform in-office procedures and occasionally provide care through tele-health visits. We value learning and teamwork, so you'll participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles to enhance your skills and share insights.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year of experience in the same setting plus either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting.
• Must be state licensed in Illinois by your start date at One Medical.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a patient panel with a wide range of needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Comfort with treating patients both in-office and in testing centers, as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Engagement in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with in-office teammates during daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Experience utilizing your specific clinical training to perform various in-office procedures.
