### Job Description
We are a leading staffing company seeking a skilled Facility Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and operations of commercial or industrial facilities to ensure they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience managing facility-related projects, vendors, and budgets.
### Requirements / Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality work.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee facility budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies or issues.
- Manage space planning, office moves, and facility layout changes.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
### Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient with facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
