Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20–$25 per hour

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports daily operations at our Kingston cultivation facility by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring all systems run safely and efficiently. This role requires mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Complete repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
• Assist with setup and maintenance of cultivation areas
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Document activities and communicate issues to management

• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool experience
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings

Prior maintenance or facilities experience

HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Familiarity with cannabis facility operations

Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
