Description

As a Fabricator at SunSource, you will play a vital role in our industrial and fabrication operations. Your day will be filled with exciting challenges as you work with a team to create and assemble high-quality components. You'll be responsible for using measuring tools, following detailed instructions, and ensuring that every piece meets our exacting standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of experience in an industrial or fabrication shop preferred
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Comfortable using measuring tools, especially a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully
• Basic understanding of math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and team-oriented environment

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with fabrication machinery
• Familiarity with safety practices in an industrial setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
