Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the extraction team, ensuring efficient and safe operations in accordance with company protocols.
- Train and mentor team members on extraction techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor extraction processes to maintain product quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement best practices for extraction and production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of extraction processes, inventory, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required skills: - Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Proven experience in cannabis extraction processes, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
