We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO of a reputable manufacturing company located in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 7-10 years of executive support experience. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that you won't want to miss!

Role of Executive Assistant to the CEO:
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in offering high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer. Your responsibilities will involve managing executive priorities strategically, ensuring seamless communication both internally and externally, and emphasizing professionalism, discretion, and precision.
- Act as a reliable intermediary between the CEO, senior management, and internal/external stakeholders to align on key objectives and guarantee timely execution of strategic business matters
- Oversee the CEO's global calendar, meeting requests, and appointments, prioritizing critical and high-impact tasks
- Organize and maintain the CEO's communications for swift and efficient access to crucial information
- Prioritize and oversee critical issues, projects, and information flow to empower the CEO in making well-informed decisions
- Create templates and collate comprehensive business reports across the organization
- Attend board meetings, support preparation and follow-up by coordinating updates and information from department heads
- Offer high-level administrative support for the Executive Leadership Team, including managing travel arrangements, scheduling, and expense reports
- Foster communication and collaboration among executive leaders concerning organizational climate, employee engagement, and workplace culture
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure efficient internal and external communication strategies aligned with the CEO's vision and company goals
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and exhibit sound judgment in all interactions
- Identify and implement process enhancements to boost productivity and streamline executive operations
- Oversee and support a team of administrative professionals, encouraging their development and high performance
- Complete ad hoc projects and assignments promptly and thoroughly as required
Requirements for Executive Assistant to the CEO:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proven 7-10 years of experience in providing executive-level administrative support
- Experience in a Private Equity-backed organization is highly advantageous
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, engaging effectively across all organizational levels and with external partners
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Workday, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools are considered a plus
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and a high degree of discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information
