Executive Assistant Position in Dallas, Texas

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a new opportunity in the Dallas area? Our client, an esteemed investment group with over 30 years of business excellence, is currently looking to fill this vital role on a Direct Hire basis.

Job Description:

• Provide confidential administrative support to the Chairman and occasionally to the Chief Financial Officer
• Manage executive travel arrangements and itineraries
• Handle personal and business administrative tasks to optimize efficiency
• Maintain financial records and assist with personal expense management
• Oversee office management tasks and office supplies inventory
• Support various departments with administrative tasks such as legal, risk management, and human resources
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information

Job Requirements:

• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years of executive-level administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and personal finance software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organizational and communication skills
