Executive Analyst to the CEO

Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Analyst to support the CEO in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. This key role involves extensive collaboration with senior leadership, handling critical tasks, and providing strategic insights to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Accompany the CEO to various engagements, meetings, and events
• Manage the CEO's schedule, priorities, and communications
• Conduct financial and strategic analyses to facilitate decision-making
• Create executive presentations, memos, and reports
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution
• Proactively address challenges and optimize the CEO's workflow

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Legal background with JD or JD/MBA preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in top-tier finance or consulting
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Interest in private equity, venture capital, or strategic operations
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to change

2+ years of experience at a top-tier finance firm (investment banking, private equity, hedge fund, or consulting)
