The Shift Lead represents WorkWhile on-site, ensuring smooth shift execution by supporting workers, maintaining professionalism, communicating effectively with the client, and resolving issues proactively. This role requires reliability, leadership under pressure, and punctuality.

Core Responsibilities:

• Arrive 30 minutes early to check in with the client and prep the site.

• Clock in/out workers using the WorkWhile app (QBar scanner or manual).

• Ensure proper worker attire and attendance.

• Be the on-site point of contact for both client and team.

• Address issues such as late arrivals, disputes, or uniform problems.

• Submit a clear photo of the client's official timesheet before leaving.

• Maintain open communication with the client and Lead Support.
