Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Employment Type: Temporary – Event-Based Assignment
Schedule:

  • Thursday 12/18: 5:00pm – 9:30pm PST

  • Friday 12/19: 5:00pm – 9:30pm PST

  • Saturday 12/20: 9:00am – 2:00pm & 1:45pm – 9:00pm PST

  • Sunday 12/21: 9:00am – 2:00pm & 1:45pm – 9:00pm PST

Overview

Join the team supporting Disney on Ice in Los Angeles! Crew members will work event-day shifts helping guests enjoy the show through merchandise sales, photo booth operations, and concession-style preparation. Assignments are given onsite each day and may include working as a Concourse/Seat Vendor or a Photo Booth Operator.

Responsibilities

Concourse / Seat Vendor

  • Sell souvenir products on the concourse and within seating areas during designated selling periods.

  • Assist with concessions preparation, including shaving ice, filling syrup dispensers, removing plastic from merchandise, mixing lemonade, assembling popcorn and cotton candy bags, and similar prep tasks.

Photo Booth Operator

  • Operate a camera and photo system to capture guest photos.

  • Engage with customers to sell photo packages.

  • Process payments using a credit card terminal or POS device.

  • Complete a ~30-minute training session before the first shift.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills; comfortable engaging with guests of all ages.

  • Professional, friendly demeanor and neat appearance.

  • Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced, and sometimes hectic environments.

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete prep tasks independently or as part of a team.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

  • Must be able to attend all scheduled shifts and arrive on time.

Dress Code (Strictly Enforced)

Workers who do not meet the dress code will be sent home without pay.

  • White long-sleeved, ironed, button-down collared shirt

  • Solid black slacks

  • All-black, flat, closed-toe shoes

  • No facial hair

  • No facial piercings

  • All tattoos must be fully covered

  • Minimal jewelry

  • Natural hair color only
