This seasonal Event Coordinator role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic, organized, and ready to grow in the world of sales, hospitality, and event services.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as on-site event facilitator for wedding deck events at Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek

  • Support Event Managers at various onsite functions

  • Process lift ticket sales for group events and internal bookings

  • Manage weekly calendars, daily events, banquet event orders (BEOs), and department-wide communications

  • Assist with invoicing, financial reporting, and reconciliation for event-related business

  • Provide coverage during offsite events, responding to client questions and supporting upcoming arrivals


✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to comprehend and convey detailed event correspondence

  • Flexible availability — includes weekends, holidays, and evenings, especially Fridays and Saturdays in summer

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
