Event Brand Ambassador (WorkWhile)

Location: Irving Convention Center, Dallas, TX Shift Date: Monday, June 9th Shift Time: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (5 hours) Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role: WorkWhile is seeking two highly professional, personable, and experienced individuals to serve as Event Brand Ambassadors at a high-profile summit at the Irving Convention Center. This is a crucial front-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for attendees, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience. You will represent the WorkWhile brand with excellence and professionalism throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome event attendees as they arrive.

• Assist with the registration process, including checking in guests and handing out credentials/badges efficiently and courteously.

• Provide basic event information and direct attendees as needed.

• Maintain a consistently friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, acting as a true "guest services" representative.

• Uphold the highest standards of personal presentation and grooming throughout the shift.

• Act as a positive brand ambassador for WorkWhile, demonstrating our values through your interactions.

• Adhere strictly to all event policies, including the policy against taking any free merchandise or swag from the conference.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage of $17
