**Position Overview:** We are seeking a reliable and energetic Event Support Associate to assist in the successful execution of our cannabis anniversary celebration. This role is crucial in ensuring the event runs smoothly, from set-up to break-down, while providing on-the-ground support to both the facility and event attendees. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, decorations, and other materials. - Support event break-down and teardown, including packing and returning equipment and supplies. - Manage trash removal and general upkeep of the event space to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Work closely with facility staff and event organizers to ensure all event needs are met in real time. - Provide general assistance during the event, including supporting staff and helping attendees as needed. - Follow all facility rules and cannabis compliance regulations. **Requirements:** - Previous experience in event support, hospitality, or general facilities assistance preferred. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods. - Flexible, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude and professional demeanor. - Must be available to work during the full event timeframe, including setup and cleanup. **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
