Duties:

Manager Intake Call Notes:
- Handle Inbound and outbound calls on collection accounts. Handle processing payments, disputes, sending statements and invoices was well as calls to B to B customers ((B2B collections experience is required))
- day to day: emails, tending to assigned portfolio, calling customers
- Training schedule 8:30-5:30 // Upon training completion 10 am - 7 pm EASTERN
- this is fully remote, but MUST support eastern hours
- Interview process: 2 interviewees, 30-45 minute video (must be camera ready) followed by decision
- Knowledge of SAP is crucial, quick study, strong communication skills, strong excel skills
Delivers specific delegated Enrollment/Billing tasks assigned by a supervisor.
Provides financial related support for banking and/or billing related functions to new and/or existing accounts.
Sets up, manages, reconciles, processes, and/or balances bank and/or customer accounts.
Researches problems and negotiates with internal/external customers, banks, vendors, and/or partners to resolve moderately complex issues. Creates, analyzes, and responds to standard and/or non-standard reports.
Bills and/or collects outstanding/delinquent payments or issues payments.
Researches and identifies trends and develops and implements methods to improve results.
May support larger markets and/or National Accounts.
Completes day-to-day Enrollment/Billing tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
