Description

As an Electronic Tester at Balance Staffing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic components. Your key responsibilities will involve testing various electronic assemblies using techniques like ICT, Flying Probe, and 5DX. A typical day might include analyzing test results, troubleshooting any issues found, and collaborating with team members to maintain product standards. Your attention to detail will contribute to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic experience in electronics manufacturing testing, including ICT/Flying Probe and 5DX

Nice to Have

• Ability to use hand tools and general test equipment (such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies) while working with electronic components
• Basic knowledge of operating Digital Multimeters to verify potential issues like opens, shorts, resistance, and diode checking
• Ability to read and understand procedures related to electronic assemblies
