Electrical Assembler - Longmont

What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, component drawings, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Physical dexterity: able to stand, bend, reach, kneel, and climb for 8–10 hours daily
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Flexible team player open to learning new products, tools, and techniques
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience reading electrical and blueprint drawings – preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs – preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools (screwdrivers, wire crimpers, cutters) - preferred
What You’ll Do as an Electrical Assembler:
- Assemble standard nuclear turbine control systems
- Install components including power supplies, filters, terminal blocks, and circuit breakers
- Perform wiring operations: connecting, routing, terminating, labeling, crimping, and stripping wires
- Execute dynamic re-work tasks based on evolving customer requirements
- Rotate across multiple workstations and contribute to various projects
