Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the Edibles production team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
- Train and develop team members on best practices in edibles manufacturing, including ingredient handling, cooking techniques, and packaging.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain seamless production operations.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet Wild Lilies' high standards and comply with state regulations.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and innovative techniques to enhance product offerings.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Required skills: - Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
Desired skills: - Previous experience in the cannabis industry, particularly in edibles production.
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques and high-tech equipment.
