🚚 About the Role

As a Driver at Costa Farms, you’ll support the logistics team by moving company-owned trailers between different farms and locations, loading and offloading goods, and keeping everything running smoothly. This is a physical, hands-on role that involves equipment operation, teamwork, and schedule flexibility.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Transport trailers containing goods between farm locations

• Read reports and coordinate with dock teams to support production

• Load and offload rolling racks and other materials

• Keep materials organized and report shortages or issues

• Operate Semi Tractors (company-owned and leased) safely

• Assist with shipping, loading, and unloading as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Comply with all safety protocols and traffic regulations

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving semi tractors

• Comfortable loading/unloading rolling racks (50–150 lbs)

• Familiarity with warehouse or logistics environments

• Ability to read and interpret operational reports

• Valid DOT Medical Card

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

📋 Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 150 lbs

• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs/ladders

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions

• Monday to Friday schedule with occasional additional hours

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

• Strong awareness of traffic and safety regulations
