Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of experience as a truck dispatcher in a similar industry
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Exceptional customer service skills are a necessity
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates professional integrity in all communications and actions
• Willingness to work outside of regular business hours as needed
• Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office
• Confidence to seek guidance and direction when necessary

Nice to Have

• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with logistics management software
• Basic knowledge of fuel products and delivery processes
