### Job Description We are a premier staffing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join a cannabis facility as a Dishwasher/Facilities Cleaner. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment in a fast-paced and highly regulated industry. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall operational success by ensuring all dishware, equipment, and facility areas meet stringent cleanliness standards. ### Requirements / Responsibilities * Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment using industrial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods * Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including floors, walls, and surfaces throughout the facility * Properly dispose of waste and recyclables following facility protocols * Assist with routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and restroom sanitation * Support compliance with health and safety regulations specific to a cannabis production environment * Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly * Work collaboratively with team members to uphold facility hygiene standards ### Qualifications * Previous experience in a cleaning or dishwasher role preferred, ideally within a production or food-related environment * Ability to follow strict cleaning protocols and safety guidelines * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks * Flexible and willing to take on varied cleaning responsibilities as needed * Must be **21+** and eligible for a valid Missouri Agent ID card ### Job Details / Duties * Operating commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely * Hand-washing delicate or specialty items as required * Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and production areas daily * Restocking cleaning supplies and notifying management when inventories are low * Assisting with deep cleaning or special projects as assigned * Ensuring all cleaning activities comply with cannabis industry regulations and internal policies **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
