Our client is currently looking for a qualified Director of Information Systems to fill a direct hire, on-site leadership role in Rosenberg, TX.

The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on IT leader with a strong background in software development and systems integration. They should possess the strategic acumen necessary to drive digital transformation within a growing organization.

Company Profile:

• Well-established and rapidly expanding company operating within the manufacturing and distribution sector.

Director of Information Systems Role:

• Lead all aspects of technology strategy, infrastructure, and software development.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide solutions to enhance efficiency, automation, and visibility.
• Serve as a liaison between IT, operations, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Direct IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across multiple locations.
• Mentor and guide IT and development team members while actively participating in technical projects.

Director of Information Systems Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in hands-on programming with SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar scripting languages.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating ERP and business systems.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
