Director of Human Resources Role:
The Director of Human Resources holds a senior leadership position responsible for formulating and executing the HR strategy across multiple business units. Collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team, this individual will craft a scalable, performance-oriented talent framework that bolsters organizational stability and expansion.

- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across varied business units
- Maintain updated job profiles and structured recruitment processes
- Implement scalable recruitment tools and best practices
- Collaborate with business leaders to align talent acquisition with strategic objectives
- Onboarding & Workforce Planning
- Supervise comprehensive onboarding to ensure role clarity, training, and defined expectations
- Keep an updated organizational chart with clearly delineated roles and responsibilities
- Identify and address talent gaps in conjunction with leadership
- Performance Management & Accountability
- Establish systems supporting transparent goal-setting, performance tracking, and prompt feedback
- Guide leaders on delivering evaluations, addressing performance concerns, and enhancing team efficiency
- Monitor follow-through, execution, and outcomes across teams
Director of Human Resources Background Profile:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting large franchise systems or decentralized retail environments
- Proficiency in recruitment, organizational planning, and optimizing team performance
- Thorough understanding of employment law and compliance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an executive-level presence
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
