Job Description
Are you looking to join a fast-growing digital marketing agency, and a team of experienced marketers across many disciplines? WISE Digital is looking to expand our team with a dedicated Digital Project Manager based in the U.S. or abroad.
WISE Digital Partners provides digital marketing strategy, technology, and services for small and mid-sized businesses prepared for growth. Our typical client's revenue range is $1M to $25M, though we do have some larger clients under $50M. We operate in 3+ countries with over 100 clients across 30 industries, though our most common client industries are professional services (legal, accounting, etc.) and home services (Plumbing, HVAC, etc.). We specialize in lead generation, but also support eCommerce companies and many others.
WISE launched in 2019, is based in San Diego, and has been fully remote since day one. Our Founder and CEO is an experienced entrepreneur and the company is led by a team of agency veterans, many of whom have worked together before in past agencies. That’s led to fast growth, averaging 56% growth per year for four straight years.
On top of our many service awards, what also sets us apart is our proprietary technology. In 2020 we created a proprietary website platform called NEST™ (we co-own this trademark with Google). NEST includes a website CMS, review platform, reporting system, ADA compliance, and more to give our clients a competitive edge. It’s faster and more secure than competitive platforms like WordPress and Wix. NEST™ is also more affordable than our typical agency model because everything is baked into one streamlined solution. Our case studies are bullet-proof, the technology is world-class, and we have over 100 five-star reviews from clients online.
We’re looking for project managers anywhere in the country who meet the following criteria:

Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Has experience leveraging PM tools similar to ClickUp to create efficiencies and keep teams on the same page
Can take ownership of projects and ensure their profitability
Can lead the website QA process efficiently and effectively
Strong written and verbal communication

The Digital Project Manager role at WISE requires multiple levels of focus to ensure successful projects. While our larger website build projects are handled by our Website Project Manager, we need someone else who can handle smaller projects which are no less impactful. Here are the core responsibilities:
Manage Smaller Client Request Projects: Oversee smaller projects (website content updates, SEO actions, blog post requests, etc.). This includes reviewing client requests, inputting them into our project management system, and ensuring they are completed in a proper and timely manner by our Copy, Design, Dev teams, etc. In the future, this might also include interfacing with clients through an upcoming ticketing system, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Lead Website Revamp Projects: Manage WordPress-based or other partial website projects, which often involve creation of new landing pages, page redesigns, etc. Responsibilities will include onboarding clients and coordinating tasks for the team to execute on.
Support Marketing and Media Projects: Organize tasks for WISE’s marketing initiatives, SEO, and paid media campaigns in ClickUp, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables without needing to strategize.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with SEO, paid media, and development teams to align on project requirements and track progress in ClickUp.
Ensure Process Adherence: Follow PM standards and ClickUp workflows to maintain consistency across all managed projects.
Partnerships work both ways! Here’s what you’d get in return:

Optional 401K with matching at your 12-month mark
All the training and coaching you need to thrive

A flexible work-from-home schedule
Opportunities for advancement
The ability to help amazing businesses across a range of industries
