Description

As the Demand Planning Senior Manager at Fortune Brands, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient flow of products from our suppliers to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels. You’ll lead a team, driving best practices in demand forecasting and planning while ensuring that we meet the needs of our customers effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, including at least 5 years of direct experience in plant operations, sourcing, materials planning, forecasting, or sales and inventory planning
• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience is required
