Shift Schedule

• AM Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

• Days/Hours subject to change, with possible rotating weekends

• Servicing Philadelphia, PA

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to bring healthy food closer to people. You’ll be the face of Farmer’s Fridge, delivering to wholesale partners and Smart Fridges while ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver city streets using a company-owned refrigerated van

• Deliver meals to fridges, retail partners, and wholesale accounts on time

• Use an iPad to track deliveries and update completion status

• Follow all delivery processes and uphold strict food safety standards

• Act as the company’s ambassador, offering a professional and friendly presence at every delivery

• Perform minor mechanical checks/repairs as needed on vans or smart fridges

Qualifications

• Non-CDL Driver (required)

• Prior professional driving experience preferred (especially refrigerated vehicles or food delivery)

• Ability to use technology, including iPads and Microsoft tools

• Basic mechanical knowledge for small vehicle or equipment fixes

• Ability to read and follow delivery instructions

• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds

• Strong organizational skills, friendly attitude, and customer service mindset

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Pay & Incentives

• $22.50/hour

• $1,500 sign-on bonus ($500 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days)

• Up to $350 monthly performance bonus
