This leadership role is responsible for team performance, customer satisfaction, and overall site profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Team & Workflow Supervision • Lead and support reconditioning team members across multiple service areas • Manage staffing levels, task assignments, and quality control checkpoints • Set daily productivity targets and hold team members accountable • Champion a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence Client Relations & Communication • Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealership partners • Act as the main point of contact for service issues, feedback, and escalations • Provide clear updates on workflow, delivery times, and service outcomes • Utilize internal platforms to track revenue, labor, and job statuses Business & Process Oversight • Monitor labor costs and ensure alignment with profitability goals • Order and manage inventory of chemicals and supplies • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workspaces • Review operational performance regularly and implement improvements Professional Development & Culture • Foster a positive, motivated team environment • Promote employee development through coaching and mentorship • Engage actively in company meetings, chats, and training initiatives • Model a business-minded, solution-oriented mindset QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 years of experience in team management or vehicle service operations • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a high-demand setting • Familiarity with labor budgeting, workflow tracking, and inventory control • Comfortable with using digital platforms and communication tools • Willing to commute to Owings Mills, MD for 1 Month Paid Training • High school diploma or equivalent Join DealerFLEX and take the lead in building clean, safe, and efficient operations that power our nationwide growth.
