Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Research, or Decision Science
• Hands-on experience in data extraction, SQL, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and scripting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a clear communication style
• A growth mindset and a passion for education and social impact

Nice to Have

• Experience in higher education or student analytics
• Familiarity with IPEDS reporting or collaboration with external education partnerships
• Experience using Adobe Analytics
