Join a dynamic and innovative print and direct mail services company based in Winter Park, FL as a Data Processor on a contract basis, with potential for contract-to-hire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail in a pivotal data management position.

Data Processor Responsibilities:

  • Import, clean, and validate data from various sources such as Excel, CSV, TXT, and databases.
  • Format and prepare data for applications like mail merges, variable printing, and direct mail.
  • Utilize tools including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Fox Pro, and BCC Architect for data processing and merging.
  • Conduct address standardization, deduplication, NCOA/CASS/DPV processing, and presort functions.
  • Thoroughly review output files to ensure accuracy before passing them to production teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any file issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain data security and confidentiality throughout the processing stages.
  • Ensure adherence to all USPS mailing regulations.

Data Processor Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data processing, data entry, or related roles; prior experience in the print/mail industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Fox Pro and BCC Architect is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of SQL is essential.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Familiarity with USPS mailing standards is a plus.
