As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Customs Associate to join our world-class team.

This is a prime opportunity for logistics professionals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about international trade. You’ll help high-profile clients move goods through U.S. Customs and across the globe — faster, smarter, and more compliantly.

🌐 What You’ll Do

• Make U.S. Customs entries under U.S. Customs law for high-profile clients

• Prepare and digitally file documentation for customs clearance

• Stay current with regulations from U.S. Customs, FDA, USDA, EPA, and other agencies

• Review and organize incoming documents to ensure regulatory compliance

• Coordinate with Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) like FDA and USDA for additional documentation

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience as a Customs Entry Writer

• Familiarity with U.S. Customs product classification and rulings

• Prior experience at a customs brokerage or freight forwarder

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• High level of computer literacy – this is a fully digital workflow

• “Compliance-first” mindset to ensure legal and regulatory accuracy

• BA/BS degree

• Experience working with multiple Partner Government Agencies (FDA, EPA, USDA)

• Passion for logistics and improving broken systems

• Mastery of email communication (zero inbox mentality)

• Customer-first mentality with a focus on building client trust
