Full job description

Job Description:

Seeking Call Center Representative to join the team of large furniture company! The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center and be capable of handling high-volume calls efficiently. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to manage customer inquiries regarding inventory, shipment, and purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 300+ calls per day during peak seasons, addressing customer questions and concerns.

• Prioritize solving customer problems effectively, aiming for a call time of 2 minutes or less while ensuring issues are resolved without call terminations.

• Maintain high attendance and punctuality, as this is crucial for the role.

• Utilize Microsoft systems proficiently for daily tasks including email, phone calls, and website navigation.

• Learn and use company-specific systems.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of call center or customer support experience is preferred.

• Strong phone etiquette

• Proficiency in Microsoft systems and daily use of email, phone, and websites.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new company systems and processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
