Description
We are seeking an experienced, reliable bilingual or Spanish-speaking Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time remote position requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage customer accounts and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner. Successful candidates will be organized, attentive, and able to work a flexible schedule within U.S. hours.

Remote Work & Schedule
This remote role requires availability for scheduled shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and consistent schedule reliability is highly valued.

Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, research issues, and provide accurate and effective solutions. You will maintain detailed communication records, enter and process data with strong accuracy, and work toward achieving individual and team performance goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, and attention to detail are essential.

You must be proficient with Windows operating systems and familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute is required. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required for this role.

Requirements
Applicants should have at least one year of customer service experience and an Associate’s Degree or equivalent. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a standard employment drug test.
