HGS is Hiring a Customer Service Representative!

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $14.75 – $16.00/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Averaging Agreement: 40 hours/week

You’ll handle customer inquiries, connect with customers about their experience, and ensure every interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as email channels.

  • Identify customer needs through active listening, emotional intelligence, and thoughtful follow-up questions.

  • Research and provide accurate, timely responses using company knowledgebases and tools.

  • Document customer interactions, needs, and outcomes in the appropriate system.

  • Deliver a “WOW” experience in every interaction through ownership, empathy, and strong communication skills.

  • Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to support growth and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.

  • Demonstrates a caring, supportive, and friendly nature in every interaction.

  • Comfortable using computers, multiple monitors, and various applications.

  • Familiar with Android and iOS mobile platforms.

  • Results-oriented, with the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations and solutions to customers.
