Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - You should be able to interact positively and effectively with customers.
- Full-time in-office availability - Must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a customer service role - While not required, having experience can help you hit the ground running!
- Familiarity with customer service software - Knowledge of tools that aid in service delivery would be a plus.
