📞 Customer Service / Call Center Representative
Full-Time | On-Site | $20–$24/hour

🔧 What You’ll Do:
Respond to alarm activity and emergency signals
Dispatch police/fire services and notify responders
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with alarm-related inquiries
Process account updates and non-emergency notifications
Maintain productivity and quality standards while working in a high-paced environment
Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to licensing requirements
✅ What You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required
1–3 months of customer service or call center experience preferred
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and follow protocol
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed
Ability to obtain state licenses where required
