🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Respond to alarm activity and emergency signals

• Dispatch police/fire services and notify responders

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with alarm-related inquiries

• Process account updates and non-emergency notifications

• Maintain productivity and quality standards while working in a high-paced environment

• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to licensing requirements

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1–3 months of customer service or call center experience preferred

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and follow protocol

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed

• Ability to obtain state licenses where required
