We are working with a client seeking a remote shipper-facing sales leader who is experienced in both building a book of business and leading a team of shipper-facing sales reps.

• Fully Remote

• 80,000-100,000 base salary + commission

• Applicants must have previous experience building a Book of Business at a freight brokerage.

• Applicants must have previous experience leading a customer sales team at a freight brokerage.

• Please be prepared to speak to your sales metrics and BoB in your most recent role.
  

We are not expecting candidates to transition their book of business; however, our clients do require previous experience in shipper-facing sales/building an organic book of business, as well as previous experience leading a team of sales representatives.
