Customer Support Specialist - WFH

Haley Marketing is looking for a client support rock star to join our Success team. In this individual contributor role, you’ll perform a variety of functions to support our external and internal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Help desk. Triage and resolve incoming support tickets.
- Quality Control. QC new websites before they go live. Proof copy on marketing materials and websites.
- Training. Conduct client and internal training via live Zoom training sessions. Create written and recorded training materials.
- Project Management. Manage short-term client SaaS and misc. projects, ensuring timely go live.

Minimum requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. WordPress experience a plus!
- Comfortable talking and presenting on both phone and video.
- Self-directed, motivated, and able to work without constant supervision.
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
- Strong interest in personal development and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Enthusiastic and excited to help people. Motivated to provide excellent service
The best candidates will have…
- 1+ year customer/technical service experience in a help desk environment
- Experience or education in marketing or website technology
- Knowledge of recruiting or staffing industry
