Haley Marketing is looking for a client support rock star to join our Success team. In this individual contributor role, you’ll perform a variety of functions to support our external and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities

Help desk. Triage and resolve incoming support tickets.
Quality Control. QC new websites before they go live. Proof copy on marketing materials and websites.
Training. Conduct client and internal training via live Zoom training sessions. Create written and recorded training materials.
Project Management. Manage short-term client SaaS and misc. projects, ensuring timely go live.

Minimum requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. WordPress experience a plus!
Comfortable talking and presenting on both phone and video.
Self-directed, motivated, and able to work without constant supervision.
Detail-oriented and extremely organized
Strong interest in personal development and contributing to a positive work environment.
Enthusiastic and excited to help people. Motivated to provide excellent service

The best candidates will have…

1+ year customer/technical service experience in a help desk environment
Experience or education in marketing or website technology
Knowledge of recruiting or staffing industry
