Interview: 1 Round via Zoom
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Assignment Length: 12 Months (Opportunity for Extension or Conversion to FTE)

Target Start Date: Upon completion of new hire onboarding

The Retirement Services Team within the Brokerage Service Network (MSSN) provides IRA and retirement account support to Brokerage financial advisors and branch employees. The team handles a wide range of inquiries related to retirement accounts, contribution/distribution procedures, and retirement tax, ensuring exceptional client service and operational accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships to deliver world-class service to clients.
- Handle incoming phone calls from financial advisors and branch employees related to Retirement Services.
- Utilize internal and external tools to provide information and resolve inquiries.
- Follow established procedures to route processing requests appropriately and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet or exceed team and departmental service goals established by MSSN management.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to maintain positive client relationships and de-escalate issues effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge in various situations.
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of financial industry experience.
- Experience with retirement products (preferred, not required).
- Current or past Series 7 license (preferred, not required).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
