Customer Service Representative Role:

  • Process customer cases according to company policy in various systems
  • Take and return incoming calls, troubleshooting customer issues
  • Respond to customer emails and chats, scheduling follow-up calls
  • Enter necessary customer information and documentation
  • Handle various projects as assigned

Customer Service Representative Profile:

  • HS Diploma Required
  • Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Retail experience a plus, specifically eCommerce
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
