Our client in Dallas, Texas is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire position.

Customer Service Representative Role:

• Manage customer inquiries, find proactive solutions, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
• Identify customer concerns, evaluate their needs, and provide suitable resolutions
• Resolve issues promptly while keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Record interactions and solutions in the CRM system for accurate tracking
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth service delivery and problem resolution
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills, address challenges independently, escalate when necessary
• Generate reports, monitor cases for timely follow-ups, and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Assist field employees as needed, managing logistics and shipping materials and supplies

Customer Service Representative Profile:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2-3 years in customer support
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, effective communication, CRM familiarity
• Ability to adapt to diverse customer communication styles and de-escalate tense situations
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, quick learner of new software
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
