Customer Service Associate Representative-Underwriting Phone Verification Representative
Remote- put city and state on resume
Bilingual in Spanish candidates are preferred
Candidates must have a quiet and private space designated for focused work
Must have high speed internet
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Competent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Exceptional organizational and time- management focus, with attention to detail
Ability to work under own initiative
Prior Insurance experience preferred
Conduct & complete medical questionnaires with applicants
Metrics are based on call audits, maintaining regular attendance and average calls completed
Hours given will vary between 7am- 7pm CST & based on business need
1 years experience in call center environment preferred
Experience communicating with medical terminology a plus
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
