Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and healthy learning environment across the campus.

• Complete all daily cleaning duties with attention to detail.

• Execute work orders promptly — ensuring 90% of tasks are completed within 48 hours.

• Support Facilities Manager with maintenance planning and capital improvement needs.

• Safely operate custodial and maintenance equipment (e.g., buffers, vacuums, floor scrubbers).

• Follow all cleaning, maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Manage custodial supplies efficiently and keep accurate inventory logs.

• Report unsafe conditions immediately and comply with all PPE requirements.

• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility.

• Exhibit teamwork and professionalism, especially during high-demand periods.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Ability to understand and follow cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures.

• Basic knowledge of minor repair techniques and facility upkeep.

• Capability to lift heavy equipment and operate cleaning machinery safely.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle cleaning supplies properly.

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
