**Job Purpose** Our client is seeking an entry-level cultivation. This a great catalyst to learn the SOP’s of our client while playing an imperative role in their continued success. The core team has been cultivating together for 7+  years and has created a great foundation to gain skills while applying those in an organized fashion. Strong communication skills, ability to learn & retain new information, great work ethic, and dependability are key factors in this opportunity being successful for both parties. This position has tremendous room for growth. **Duties and Responsibilities** • Having the ability to independently handle cloning, transplanting, plant training/trellising, and pest management treatments. When handling any of these tasks, they are to be done after communication to management and/or the lead cultivator. • Set up work the materials needed for tasks; creating cloning stations, harvest prep,  transplants, cleaning, etc. • The sanitation of all grow rooms. • Run lead on resetting rooms after harvest. Utilize the checklist created by management to ensure all tasks are completed before new crops enter the room. • Ensure we are compliant at all times by tagging plants, reporting waste, and updating plant counts. • Communicate issues that are witnessed to lead cultivation. **Working conditions** Schedules for each team member will be honored and only need adjustments to better support harvest schedules. Business is conducted Monday – Sunday and the working hours of operations are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. **Physical requirements** Certain days require longer hours and are more physically demanding. Individuals must be fit enough to perform all responsibilities during transplanting, harvesting, and cleaning the facility.
