They foster a culture of support, investing in their people to ensure success on day one. \--- Position Summary We’re seeking an independent contractor with strong construction or agricultural experience for hands-on work in our greenhouse and outdoor cultivation spaces to work at our client's farm based in Pueblo. This role involves heavy lifting, routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal growing conditions. You’ll report to the operations manager and collaborate closely with cultivation staff. \--- Key Responsibilities \- Move and install structural elements, irrigation components, and cultivation equipment   \- Perform routine greenhouse tasks: plant transplanting, pruning   \- Load/unload materials and supplies (bags of soil, fertilizer, gravel, etc.)   \- Maintain clean and organized work areas, following all safety protocols   \- Assist with seasonal outdoor site preparation and harvest activities   \--- Qualifications \- Proven background in construction, landscaping, farming, or similar manual-labor field   \- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions   \- Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (heat, humidity)   \- Strong physical stamina: must regularly lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended shifts   \- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation   \--- MED Employee Badge & Application For this position we require an active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge—or you must complete a same-day badge application facilitated by our team. As an independent contractor, you’ll bear the badge fee up front; we’ll reimburse you once your badge is approved.
