Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the cultivation team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement cultivation strategies that maximize yield and quality while adhering to sustainable practices.
- Monitor plant health and growth, making data-driven decisions to improve cultivation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production goals and quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
Required skills: - Proven experience in cannabis cultivation management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of horticultural practices, plant biology, and cultivation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass any required background checks and screenings.
Desired skills: - Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience with high-tech cultivation systems and green technology.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the cannabis industry.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a multi-state operation.
- Passion for community service and sustainable practices in the cannabis industry.
